How it works.

  • How do I rent Gameday items?

    Pick: On the Shop page, add the the items you want to rent to your Cart.

    Ship: Input your shipping address. You’ll pay for the initial shipment and Gameday will provide a pre-paid return label.

    Wear: Cheer on your favorite team!

    Return: Put the items in the original packaging, apply the pre-paid return label, and bring to a USPS location within the 48 hr return window.

  • How long is the rental period?

    You have a 7-day rental period for each order beginning the day the order is delivered. Once your rental period is over, you have 48 hours to return your item(s).

  • Can I rent multiple items in one order?

    Yes! Select as many in-stock items as you’d like.

  • How do I return my rentals?

    You will be provided a pre-paid return label. Simply put the items in the original packaging, apply the pre-paid return label, and bring to a USPS location within the 48 hr return window.

    You will receive a post-purchase email detailing your rental period and return window.

  • What if I don't return my items within the 48 hr return window?

    If the item is not shipped within the 48 hour return window, you will be charged an additional rental fee equivalent to your rental price.

    If you have not returned your item within 15 days of your scheduled return date, your rental will be deemed a non-return and you will be charged for the full retail price of the item as listed on the respective product page minus any previously paid rental fees.

  • What happens if I return the item damaged?

    When you rent an item, you agree to treat the items with care. Gameday provides rental coverage which covers normal wear and tear such as minor stains, tears, zipper damage. The customer is responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage.

    If you return an item that is beyond normal wear and tear, you authorize Gameday to charge your initial payment method for the full retail price of the item as listed on the respective product page minus any previously paid rental fees. Gameday will send photos of damage to your email address prior to charge.
